Kombuncha is a nickname. They used to call it something else. Fruit Drink Powder and Fruit Drink Concentrate is a trade word. They get more money for calling it Kombuncha. In 10 years if sales are good, they will probably call it something else. Drink concentrate is syrup concentrate. That's 1993 NAFTA Trade mark word.
