 You do not remember Eye City? Every 14 years or something. I allege, conjecture? Blue Cross Blue Shield Tries to do a eye insurance ppo. But Eye insurance is not profitable unless you have a chain store that takes the insurance. Eye City usually starts as a kind of PPO with HMO plans through the state. Eye City is one of those make it or break it companies. It's funds through grants from ez pass and the highway authority. But they have trouble capitalizing with sales. The company will only be around until 0.04 cents and then their grant has to be renewed or denied. They come back every 7 years or so?
